I stopped in while my car was being serviced. The server was awesome and friendly. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger with tossed salad. The burger was delicious fresh lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, thick slice of swiss and two patties. The only thing wrong was the tossed salad. Everything was withered and dry. It did not taste good or fresh, the cucumber on top was visibly dried out. I mentioned it to the server who immediately took it to the manager. She asked me if I wanted another one or one to take home. I declined and they charged me the full price. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t offer a discount for 1/2 my meal being inedible but that’s life. I still gave the server a good tip because nothing that happened was his fault. The kitchen should never have sent up the salad and the manager should have looked after me better.
Very good!! I had The Loft Benny and it was perfect! The hollandaise is the best I’ve ever had. I was dunking my potatoes in it because it was too good to leave on the plate. Atmosphere is nice, smells delicious, the shop downstairs is wonderful. The only complaint I have is the booths. They are so upright and uncomfortable.
