I come all the time and the food is hit or miss but the breakfast is usually good. There are two waitresses there that work Saturday and Sunday nights that are absolutely amazing! They are funny and smart and keep the place clean. Always great and prompt service from them and they make us roar with laughter all the time. Those two make the place worthwhile.
Really not worth it. It just isn’t a place to go if you want service or expect good food.
Far above average…. I can’t understand how ANYONE can complain about the chinese food here! I’ve ordered take out here several times( 7 or 8) and am always more than impressed! I have never waited more than 15 or 20 minutes and the food is ALWAYS fresh, hot ,tasty and the portions are HUGE! We had Shanghai noodles and a shrimp rice bowl tonight. Almost every mouthful of Shanghai had a flavorful, perfectly cooked piece of beef and veg. Noodles were tender,juicy and SOOO tasty! The rice bowl was the same. Shrimp with almost every forkful and PERFECTLY done! These are not those puny,rubbery little shrimp, and there must have been at least 30 of them! For sure a full pound of shrimp. The veggies? crisp and juicy…nothing over OR undercooked! Everything perfectly seasoned and everytime it is some of the best chinese I have had ANYWHERE! I worked as a professional cook for about 17 years and have eaten in literally thousands of restaraunts from Canada to Mexico and… Yes I have had better chinese in a few places and this is a truck stop but this is not truck stop food! It is the Creme de la Creme of truck stop food! To top it all off, I will have enough left for breakfast (yes I can never wait to eat it again!) and lunch for work and we both ate ’till we couldn’t eat anymore!!! (Trust me my Wife and I can eat!)…BTW this only cost $26 !!! Most places give you HALF that much food for that price! If anyone has a problem with this food, PLEASE send it to me!!!Everytime I order it is something different (always Chinese) from the menu and it is always excellent! Maybe it has to do with the time I go. Usually quite late, midnight or so. Different staff at that time?
Absolutely terrible food!!! 4 of us went for supper and 3 of us found the food to be in-edible (both ppl who had Chinese are not well today) and almost $70 for 2 burgers and 2 Chinese dishes 4 pop? stupid prices. And the waitresses are too busy playing with their phones to give even half decent service. We will never eat there again and I hope you won’t either. I’m calling this a minus5 star establishment
Below Average. Three of us went for an early supper this afternoon and was quite disappointing; soup was bland and everything else was more or less frozen food including the meat loaf. If I was a trucker I would rather go to wendy’s.
Judge for yourself. If you choose to go to this restaurant Monday and Tuesday morning before 6:00 AM you will find a waitress that doen’t know how to serve. In fact you better have an hour to get your meal and it may not be what you ordered. Coffee is another story, if you get one and get in trouble with her if you get your own!! If and when you get your food it maybe cold or she forgot to order it or it may not be what you ordered.I’ve put up with this for 3 months but no more as there is a lot of other places that want my business.All the other waitreses are great and the food is good.
Worth the wait.. When I ate here the resturant was very loud and overall noisey. The servers were slow. my friend and I arrived late for a get together lunch and everyone recieved their food before us. However the food was really good and they were large portions.
