Quick and friendly. Reasonably priced and the food was pretty good. My kids enjoyed it as well.
Ordered take-out last night…awful experience with the food and highly over-priced.Ginger beef was like cardboard and very little of it.Won ton soup had very little flavour and no veggies added.Lemon grass chicken was the biggest disappointment. Very bland and only a quarter cup of chicken in the entire dish.Green onion cakes were rubbery.Will not go back and will definitely not recommend to friends!
Service definitely needs improving! I shouldn’t have to wave down waiters attention to place order when there is only 4 tables full in the entire restaurant. Plus food took really long to come out when I’m get pho soup. I go to Edmonton pho restaurants at least 3-4 times a week and never had this bad of service and quality. Also you don’t get much for what you pay for compared to other pho restaurants in Edmonton.
Worst service. Waited 10 minutes to even place an order while there were only 4 tables full (not even busy). Took an additional 30 minutes to get our food (3 dishes), which did not come at the same time….frustrating!!Went to the Edmonton location and the service and experience was completely different. Not only that, comparing the portion sizes….Edmonton location is by far superior!!
Food is not bad but pretty expensive for a lot of noodles or rice and a little bit of meat and veg. All filler 🙁
Lemon Beef is Amazing , For…. Lemon Beef is Amazing ,For a western version of vietnamese they do really great for themselves. Great food options, clean new building , and if you ask politely they will make you items that are off the menu like peanut satay pho with beef.
Worst customer service. The restaurant smelled like a damp dog.The wonton soup tastes like re run dishwater
