Service ordering over phone was great. Good came as requested. Donair pizza states with donair sauce on menu. When pizza did not have donair sauce, I called to explain and was told the tzatziki sauce was actually donair sauce. Unfortunately this ruined the meal. Its not a donair without donair sauce. Very disappointed.
Disappointing experience tonight… fraudulent practices at Royal Pizza Leduc.Royal snuck a 2L pop onto my delivery which I did not order. My kid took the bag of drinks while I was paying, so while were eating I notice this 2L sitting there. Sure enough: the bill shows $3.95 for an item I did not order. But I unwittingly paid for it! So I call Royal ; the driver comes back and tosses me some change – which does NOT cover the $3.95 plus tax – and takes the 2L with him. So I call Royal back again: they refuse to send the driver back. Refuse to make it right. Totally fine with the fact theyve committed fraud.This is not about the money – its 100% about principle. Its about suspicious business practices ; its about refusing to correct a mistake ; its about the disregard for a consumers rights. Fraud on SEVERAL levels at Royal Pizza Leduc.
I eat at Royal Pizza quite often and love the pizza. However, I decided to get delivery 3 nights ago and what a mistake that was. It took a very long time and when we did finally get our pizza it was ice cold!!!! I will never make that mistake again.
Read the reviews decided to take a chance. Got takeout. Pizza pretty good, even ate the crust. Guess some people had a bad day but we were satisfied.
Best Pizza EVER!. This is the best Pizza i have ever had, I have ordered from every pizza place out there and have never seen a pizza like this! The toppings on there gourmet Pizza is just unbelievable! I would recommend them to anyone Best in town!
