Great Food, Even Better Service!. I avoided the Leduc Swiss Chalet after the first disastrous meal we had there when they first opened. However, I had a family dinner and they decided to go to Swiss Chalet. All I can say is WOW, what a turn around!The menu is fabulous, from chicken and Ribs, to pasta and seafood, theres something for everyone. We had a young red-headed lady as our server, and she was perfect. Funny, and very insightful, we asked her a lot of questions, and she was very honest and answered everything we threw at her. Freshly cut fries, hand made spring rolls, I am so glad we came back to try them again, we will definitely be visiting more often!

This is about the fifth time I’ve been here and I am stumped why this place only got 48% approval. It’s lunch on dec 21, and I was seated fast, served fast and got my food fast. I had the butter chicken poutine and it was great, and since I only paid $8 I went with the cheesecake after, which was also great. Coffee was topped up repeatedly and without fuss.06 Apr, 2013Love their spicy linguini chicken (although I had the shrimp version). Leduc site had good service and friendly staff. 🙂
Disappointed. Very disappointed with our meal-service. My husband and I went to Swiss Chalet Nov 4th 2013, We sat down and ordered our meal. What we order we did not receive, I order a 1/3 chicken dinner,, side order of salad. My husband ordered hamburger plater. We first had to ask for our utensils, then we waited for our drinks which we order pepsi we received diet pepsi, Our food then arrived I asked were was the chicken?? I see rib no chicken, and the cost for this little rib with rice was 14 and change. After my husband finished his dinner she then decides to bring the gravy. When we went to pay she made sure the tip was first. Uggg so disappointed. Just thought I’d share.
Service is terrible. Attended Swiss Chalet and were seated right away, then we sat and sat and sat. No service for 15 to 20 min…. I mean nothing. Not a hello, not a drink …… Nothing. So we left and took our business elsewhere.
