Horrible experience. I’ve been to a couple different Swiss Chalet locations before but I will never go to this one again. The food was okay but the wait time was ridiculous. There were only a handful of other customers in the restaurant but the waitress was super slow and not very friendly at all. We waited almost 10 minutes between each dish being served. The restaurant itself looks like they hardly ever clean it. When it was time to pay our waitress would disappear between each transaction for considerable lengths of time. Not to mention she automatically added a 15% tip to our totals even though she absolutely did not deserve it for the service we received.
