I asked for vegetarian fried shanghai noodles. They messed up the order, it had beef in it. I called them immediately to resolve the issue. The staff was super rude and hung up as I was talking. The person I was speaking to was loud, obnoxious, disrespectful and would not even listen to what I had to say. You messed up the order? FINE. But don’t be blatantly rude to your customers. I have never received this terrible customer service ever before. I will definitely not be going back.
Ordered pick up on Super Bowl Sunday. Worst Chinese food ever. Everything was bland and tasteless. Will NEVER order from them again. I would strongly suggest you don’t either
Unbelievable? I am in shock. We just ordered $90 of Chinese food from Peking Dragon and it probably rates as the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The wonton soup was missing from the order, and we were charged for it. The ginger beef tasted like it was leftovers from yesterday, the remaining was cold and bland.The shocker is that we regularly order from Peking Dragon, I phoned Owner Paul to let him know. He proceeded to argue with me saying that it was not cold. He offered absolutely nothing in terms of an apology.Definitely the last time we order from t his place, and we will be telling all of our friends, so on the look out for somewhere new to buy Chinese takeaway.
Ordered four things for delivery. One dish was rice and not vegetables. Ginger beef was soggy. Singapore noodles were very bland. Beef hot pot was okay.
For my money, the best (non-Chinatown) Chinese take out in the Downtown area. Really quick service for both take out and delivery. Nothing mind-blowing or anything, but consistently good and if we ever want Chinese food on a weekend evening, this is our go-to place.
Great Canadian Chinese food. I tried the Palace Style Chicken (which is spicy and sweet so a bit like General Tso’s), the deep fried squid, and the hot and sour soup. Everything was fresh and tasty and really good. The lady at the cash was friendly. I recommend this place. I saw they also serve Canadian breakfasts! I might have to come back for that!
This has been one of my favourite Chinese restaurants for over 15 years. I will go out of my way to come here for dinner.All their food is good, and my personal favourites are Satay Chicken Skewers and the Salt and Pepper Vegetables are amazing.
