Server attitude. I came today with my friends to Boston pizza Cochrane for 1st time.. I asked the server to seat is on the couches she was seating is but Tis other server came by and in a awkward way say v can’t sit here. I don’t expect Tis kind of hospitality from such a organization. Hope they will change next time. I like Tis place
Expensive slop. All I can say is that this food comes on a truck and then right to you from a microwave! Eeeewwww!!! And it’s expensive ! I will not be going back
Boston Pizza is overpriced. Not good value at all. Quality is mediocre. We have found the service to be pretty good though.
Poor Delivery service aswell. I called around midnight when their store hours clearly state delivery hours fall until 1 in the morning. It seems like this store is just coasting off the reputation of Boston Pizza
Large Group in February. We came in unannounced on a weekend Cochrane was hosting a hockey tournament. We were a large group (25+) and did not order ahead. When we spoke to the waitress she was excellent at explaining our options…very professional… yes…most groups order ahead…and to make it quick she would recommend we order several pizzas…but we were just after the lunch rush and she advised if we all decided to order off the menu they could handle that asSo we did and they did. Kept track of each family order by jersey number – brilliant! You could not have expected they handle a last minute large group with individual orders any better than they did so grade A for service. The good service is my reason for the review as I do not prefer BP’s – I can just as well heat a frozen meal at home – but what I ordered was edible and I never heard any complaints from our entire party on their meals either.
