I always find it a bit strange to review corporate chains because they tend to be fairly consistent across all locations. However, sometimes something sticks out to the point that it should be noted. In this case, it is the service. I have been here several times and the service is invariably unsettling. I have never felt welcome or appreciated here. Instead, all of the servers tend to affect an attitude that suggests that they find the presence of their customers to be personally offensive. I really love to give great reviews for great service but I can’t help but consistently feel that the servers at the Cochrane Boston Pizza would just rather not have to serve anyone that they don’t know and that they don’t consider ‘cool’. The food is standard BPs fare but the ‘too cool to be polite to you’ attitude of the servers is enough to chase away anyone’s appetite. Avoid.
I’ve always loved there pizza but this specific place has always had awful service. Everyone is always busy being too cool to be genuinely friendly and we always feel as if they labeling us a burden to their talking and goofing off. I never come to sit only come for pick up because of this.
