I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys, if you come to cochrane you HAVE to try these guys. Delicious and very good service. Only problem is they are not open Sundays and I love myself a Sunday donair.
A must try! The donairs are as good as any place in Calgary. I like trying a different place every couple of weeks in Calgary to see if I can find a donair shop that is equal to Donair on the Run but have yet to find it. There is no dining experience, the place is as the name of it is.
Don’t skip this place. It’s a small hole in the wall store. But they serve up a great meal. Service is fantastic as well. Would highly recommend grabbing lunch here. Order a side of fries with seasoning. You will not be disappointed.
Really good food here with friendly service and attention to detail. Super fresh ingredients and the bread had a crisp snap rather than being soggy because of the way they grill it before serving. LOVED IT!
Cochrane should be known for Donair on the run!. Best Donair place I’ve been in my life, nothing compares. Great food, great service, every time! I’ve recently moved to Edmonton and I still make sure to stop by whenever I’m remotely close. Cochrane shouldn’t be known for mackays ice cream, they should be known for their donairs at Donair on the run! 10 out of 10! Ps you gotta get the sweet sauce!
Best place in Cochrane. If not visit for the delicious donair, visit for the staff. they treat everyone like a regular customer that has been going there for years. always a good meal when I go in! recommend to everyone
Very deserving of all the accolades.. Probably the best restaurant in Cochrane. Camile is amazing and all the staff are great. The thing about Donair on the Run isn’t that they do anything special, they are a donair place. There’s no crazy interesting menu items and the storefront itself isn’t anything noticeable. What they do, though, is the perfect, quintessential donair. All the classics are done just as they should be. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant.
