AWFUL. Worst KFC experience ever. Server, Hazel, was extremely rude. Charged me for extra toppings I didn’t ask for. When I asked for the money back, she made a huge fuss about it and said she had repeated my order back, which she had not. Also didn’t help that she barely spoke any English. She was also arguing and yelling with the cooks too. Screwed up the orders of the 2 people behind us as well. Definitely will never, ever go back to that location.
Terrible. This is definitely the worst KFC restaurant experience I have ever had. Loud, rude server that could barely speak English. Didn’t even finish my meal. I live in Cochrane and have not been back. I wait to get my KFC fix when I am in another town.
