  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! The man and woman were more concerned with gossiping then making my smoothie or the guy sitting and waiting for his that were in blenders. Couldn’t believe it. Service was horrible. Im scared to go back but I live so close!!

  We’re a few visits in…thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt – WRONG PLAN!! They have yet to get an order right….not rocket science people!!

  Lazy staff. This is the dirtiest and the worst booster juice I think in the city, Why I think that is because this location has the laziet and unproffesional staff Ive come across in a booster juice in Calgary, Ive had just Bad experiences at this northwest location. To name a few my favorite at Jugo juice and booster juice is the carrot juice with ginger freshly juiced through the machine, I can do this at home but dont got the time and the juice machine to do it, so I drive to a booster juice to do so. So I went into this location couple times , the first time i went in i asked for the carrot juice and what i got back from the clerk was that the juice machine just got cleaned and she cant use it again, I had to like pretty much tell her that If i dont get it from here im going to have to drive all the way to the Northeast location, then she said ok and made me a drink, you can tell that she was really upset by this, but i looked at the time and it was like only like 7:30, the second time I went in, I ordered the usual and the man on the other side of the counter says after 5:30 we cant serve carrot Juice because the machine gets too hot, I thought to myself and said arent these guys in the juice business, they have to sell juices to stay in business , so whats up with all the excuses, well I told him the same thing, I dont want to drive all the way to the Northeast so i would like carrot juice from this location finally he agreed. But wasnt very happy with me. Actualy slammed the drink on the counter. Very rude.. The staff dont care . The next day I went in the same clerk the man tells me he;s out of carrots. I look at the juice machine its clean for the day , the staff just dont want to clean it over and over again. Well thats not good Business practice.I aint going back to this location again… The most important thing in restaurant food business is , CUSTOMERS. And If customers aint coming in the doors. How you going to stay in Business. And how are the wages going to get paid , and that means for everyone in the company.. Management should look at this. Booster juice headquarters wont be too happy when thier customers are writing reviews like this about them.
