So I ordered a birthday cake from here and when I went to go pick it up the day the place wasn’t even open… The hours on the door clearly said they were but it was locked and the lights were offWhen I called back to complain a few days later they didn’t even care and denied that the place was even closed and would not reimburse me the money for the cake saying that I was the one who didn’t show up… I had told them I was going to pick up the order at 12pmI guess this is what happens when you let a bunch of immigrants run a franchise I would have given a rating of zero but it’s not am option

Ordered a kids ice cream in a kids size cup, and it was so small, that it only filled about half the cup. It was essentially one little round ice cream scoop, and it cost me $3.14. Looking back, I should have complained and told them I wasn’t paying $3.14 for a couple spoonfuls of ice cream. Total ripoff.
Marble Slab is better then Dairy Queen.
