We had 25 people in total and we called them ahead of time to make sure there was space. When we got there all they gave us was a little corner, that could barely fit half of us. We asked them if we could get some more tables and they argued that there were enough seats for all of us. It was so unreasonably small and they couldn’t even let us have a few more tables. We then told them that we all were just going to order our food/drinks for takeout and they limited us to only two ipads to order, saying that it was going to take longer than if we were to stay and eat. All they wanted was for us to stay so that we could tip them. Very poor service, and in the end our food/drinks were mediocre.
I haven’t tried as much food, but I did like the chicken wings and I usually only order a Strawberry bubble tea. But it’s alright, I wouldn’t say it’s the worst or the best place for a quick late night bite. Every time I go, the service has been good and there were no problems on either end.Some of the food took a bit longer than I expected but I didn’t mind the wait. The drinks were relatively quick and average prices. I also tried the shaved ice and the ice wasn’t as soft as other places and quite small.It’s easy to order since they use iPads and they have a bunch of options for toppings and special instructions that you can choose from.

She has short hair and sometimes wears glasses and serves the food. She is also up at cash upon entering if you’re placing a takeout order on the ipad. I like their bubble tea but I’m gonna refrain from coming here. She was rude to my friends and I, both the times we’ve seen her there. The food is okay, but not worth it. Would give this place less than 1 if I could.
This bubble tea never disappoints me. Their food is overpriced and okay but we come here enough to fill up our punch passes for free bubble tea and I’ve never had a bad experience.
Very bad customer service from the rude staff. It”s so bad it ruined the whole experience. Besides that the drinks are nothing special and the food is badly overpriced for portion size. Find another place to get your bubble tea.
We use to like going to Tea Funny cause Bubblemania is sometimes too crowded & noisy. But now I don’t think I will ever go back to Tea Funny. We experienced the worst service the last week. Our drink was made wrong, mine was too sweet while my bf’s drink was tasteless. The wings & octopus tasted like old oil. A bit pricey too. Never ever going back.
