Honest and Good Quality Food…The staff are pleasant and accommodating. We come here often and appreciate good value for our money. In addition to this, we receive great service. This is one of the only restaurants in town but they don’t act like it :-). Pleasant atmosphere.
Awesome Service & Atmosphere. The new management at the Harvest Lounge & Grill (former McCools) has been a great asset to the restaurant. The food is amazing especially the Baked Spaghetti & Meatballs – I highly recommend trying it. You won’t be disappointed.
High Prices, Low Quality. I have been a long time resident of Crossfield and I have seen different management and levels of quality of food from this establishment. The prices have significantly increased. Example is that for a Chef’s salad it is $14.00 and to get grilled chicken added $4.00. This Chef’s salad was MINIMAL to say the least. No egg, all processed meat slices, just a small amount of those, a tiny sprinkle of shredded cheese and lettuce, cucumber and tomato. It was a very small salad, the chicken that I got was dried out and terrible, could not even eat it. The cost of nearly $20 for a tiny salad that half of it was able to be eaten, just outrageous. At LEAST this time they didnt mess up our order.. we all ordered the same thing to avoid this issue that has happened so many times to us that we have learned our lesson. Last time we will spend a cent at this establishment.
Much improved. The restaurant has improved drastically since changing management and switching to a bar. I had lunch there the other day and the Sante Fe chicken sandwich was very good. Beer is good to, they have their own ‘McCool Street Lager’ on tap and it is very good. If you’re in town go check it out.
McCool’s. They have high prices for but food is not that great. I ordered a clubhouse sandwich and I asked the girl if they used real chicken or if it was processed and she said she didn’t know. Then she went to ask and said yes it was real chicken. I get the sandwich nope its processed. The worst clubhouse I ever had.
Lasagna tasted like can of beefaroni. Call Gordon Ramsey you need help.
The last time i got a pizza there it had more crust than toppings. it is overpriced and they usually get your toppings wrong
