My boyfriend and I come here often for dinner and I used to come here with friends when I was younger for lunch quite often. My boyfriend and i are quite found of this restaurant as the BBQ specials are really delicious. The two ladies that work at this establishment are very kind and polite as well, which creates a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. I strongly recommend going here if you’re looking for a place to eat with close friends or family. Especially if you’re not looking to go out to a fancy restaurant. Another great bonus is that my boyfriend and I both have food allergies and so finding places to eat can be difficult for us. If you’re lactose intolerant, allergic to eggs or peanuts then we would strongly recommend this restaurant.

Service was great, I love korean food but don’t eat much spicy I was surprised when the bimbap was with ground beef rather than Bulgogi beef….. there was no flavour to the beef… then also surprised when they did not have a sweet sauce for the dish, I guess I’m used to having that sweet sauce at insadong.

Had lunch here today. Chicken bulgogi they didn’t have jalapeo which was strange for a korean place. It was one of the worst korean foods I had in Calgary. But if u need a quick kfood fix it’s not great but why not.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Love korean but was in a rush. I ordered the beef lunch combination which had a bit of everything. Mine was great. My friend had the chicken combination of which he abandoned. He said it wasnt very good while mine was completelt consumed. The lack of extras like requested jalapenos or peppers for spicy lovers is a big disappointment. Id come back but with a meal almost 80 percent uneaten, its hard to justify a top or high score. It is instead a decent meal and popular place but not super must try.

A small restaurant with authentic Korean food. We tried the delicious beef stew and the pork & squid BBQ with vegetables. The sides, especially the garlic potatoes and fried zucchini, complimented the main dishes really well. Also the service was great. This place is one of the those restaurants without the fanfare of a big popular restaurant, but serves really good Korean food in its capacity.

Great food! The lunch special is the best! Enormous serving and decently priced. Customer service is excellent and the place is clean! Highly recommended for foodies to check out!

This is our favorite place for Korean BBQ. Generous portion sizes, free sides, great flavors in the dishes, affordable and excellent service. The chicken bulgogi dish is my favorite. We had the spicy chicken stew tonight. The broth was so tasty and the rice was sticky and smelled deliciously of sesame oil. We are excited to try the beef hotpot next time we go! My only criticism is that the chicken in the stew tonight seemed a bit dry. Overall though, the staff/owners are very nice and make the experience feel like you’re having dinner at someone’s home. Love this place! We will be back again soon!
