Snow Palace offers unique dishes you might not typically find at other chinese restaurants. We came here for dim sum only to find they had a large variety (soya bean milk, Taiwanese pasteries, jijang noodles, sesame pockets with meat and so on). We ordered the eggplant with shrimp (saucy with good flavor but greasy), beef chow mein (tasty but very strong hint of star anise), sesame pockets with meat (delicious and creative) and sui mai (too meaty with just pork filling). Quality here is above average and server was friend. I would totally try different dishes next time as there was a lot to chose from. Prices here are average.Some of the dishes here make me feel as if I’m in Taiwan again…
