Fast. Delicious. Spicy. Went later (8ish) at night when there was no one around. Got the #15 spicy pho,which was excellent. Will come again … pho sure.
We stumbled upon this little restaurant on our way to the mall and so glad we did! Honestly, it really is a hidden gem .They have four tables only, but lots of items on their menu to try. Not the nicest interior though.If the place is named after their stew, of course I’m going to order the Vietnamese beef stew noodles. Duh. And it was delicious! It comes in one size for $9.50 and you get good amount of carrots, daikon, fatty beef, and noodles.I can’t wait to come back to try their submarines.Must try!!! Now go!
Really tiny place. Come often for lunch during the week. Prices are decent and soups are good.Subs are just OK tasting. Overall decent little Vietnamese joint.
This is my favourite place in Calgary for spring rolls and sate beef bun, drspiye the small open layout of the resturant. The spring rolls are always crispy, very tasty and do not contain shrimp, which is a must for my allergic spouse. The sate beef and lemongrass chicken are always incredibly flavourful and tender. I make the trip halfway across the city just for their food!
It’s my first day in town and I just had a great bowl of Pho, I had the House Special Beef Noodle Soup. This place is great. Super filling and tasty. What more can you ask.
One our favorite Vietnamese spots in the city. The definition of a mom and pop shop minus the pop. Usually 3 or 4 ladies whipping up home style pho. The beef stew is one of the best restaurant beef stews you will have! Definitely worth a visit. We eat here once a week at least.
Amazing service, and great food. I’ve been a regular for two years now, and I have no regrets. The pho is delicious, and inexpensive at that, and to note above average for Calgary for sure. Always plenty of meat and vegetables. Great overall, definitely worth a trip!
