Not delivering on true caffe experience. I ordered an espresso con panna. After charging extra for the con panna (which competitors do not do) and taking my payment I was then informed there was no whipped cream. Whipped cream is simple to make, and if this was truly a place concerned with providing a great coffee experience there would be new whipped cream made quickly. Instead I got a refund and left, not to return again. While I may sometimes have to explain to other coffee shops that I would like a small dollop of whipped cream on top of espresso, at least they have the product to do so. Furthermore there was no one else in the shop at the time, & now I know why it was empty.
I enjoy very much my terrific morning coffee every day as I have every day for the last year. It truly sets the tone for my day. Actually it makes my day. To be greeted first thing by smiling terrific staff is a treat in itself. I am always particularly impressed with the service and the attention the staff deliver to their customers along with great coffee and food. They greet everyone by name paying particular attention to the current events of their customers. It is truly refreshing to see. I observe with particular attention daily to how the staff are dedicated to their customers treating them as personal friends. This is a must visit Caffe in Edmonton. Keep up the good work and great service pretty ladies:):)
I’ve Traveled the world and visit many coffee places, as a coffee fanatic I had a hard time finding good coffee in Edmonton, Starbucks, second cup, Tim Horton just didn’t cut it. I stumbled one day at Sorrentino caffe and immediately loved the place. The staff is super nice and make u feel like your at home the food is diverse for any craving u might have but the best thing there is there coffee, their espresso have thick rich creamy flavor just like the ones I fell in love with back in Italy.. Veronica, jeda, Sam and the rest of the staff make it to perfection and serve it with a smile :)since that morning it has become my ritual to start my morning with sorentino cafe! best coffee in Edmonton !
Every time I go into Caffe Sorrentino I’m greeted with big smiles and the ladies always remember me by name! I love the Panini’s and they’re always made for me right away. I recommend trying the genovese panini, it is to die for! I can’t express enough how much I love stopping in at the caffe,its my go-to place of choice. Such a cozy, relaxing and friendly environment to be in. Keep up the great work, ladies!
Disappointed. Stopped by to grab a coffee and was quite unimpressed with the service. The lady working there made me wait a full 20 minutes completed a full order for an entire party of ten dining in before she made my coffee to-go. Their coffee and food is great but my goodness does this girl need to prioritize her orders.
Best gelato ever!!. Everything there is super good.. but their GELATO… hummm… the best in town and one the best I ever had… great people.. I love spending some time there…
Wicked desserts!. I went there a couple of weeks ago while visiting Edmonton, got 2 desserts and a coffee for less than $12. Super tasty!!
