Don’t come here for the food. No one else is eating here so why should you? If you are a shisha kinda guy/gal just smoke/vape away. It’s not my thing though. The service was kinda horrible / inadequate. It’s mostly a place for people to smoke and chill. Don’t come here if you are a foodie. Stay far, far away. If you are smoking up and want food then it’s the place to be. No, I don’t smoke anything so I can’t appreciate this establishment.
my first couple visits were good, but as i continued to visit everything went downhill from there, the food, shisha, and the service which is subpar. They do not value their customer but pick and choose, server spent 10 minutes conversating with his friends while i was trying to pay my bill and other days insists that i pay like wheres your common sense. All the prices change depending on what the server feels like charging total bs
RACIST PLACE…BEWARE!!! Just encountered another act of RACISM with the owner of this place…when will this guy learn that Canada is a place of harmony and multiculturalism…on the verge of filing with the better business bureau for the second time now! I am astonished that establishment owners still believe they are entitled to discriminate or harass people based on their colour. If you believe in equality and an anti-discriminatory society boycott this establishment as this owner has had several chances to clean up discriminatory practices with visible minorities;
I bought a groupon for this place and tried their shawarma platter which comes with chicken and beef shawarma, side of rice and salad and hummus/garlic (I got the hummus). Went with my family and we all agreed that their portion wasn’t as big as you would expect from a Lebanese restaurant. This place also has hookah so you will smell it as you’re dining but the smell did not bother us. Food was good but not enough of it for the price. That was disappointing.
Love the place the food is amazing the service is nice . The servers are very friendly and the shisha is good I go here all the time love the atmosphere and the nice location they have .
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!. I worked here a couple summers ago for a week and had to call health services on them. I actually saw the manager take fries from someones plate (the customer didn’t finish their meal) and put them back into the fry basket!!! They also reuse complementary appetizers if you don’t eat them all. AND I also witnessed the manager drinking from the water jug that is used to refill customers water. I quit, insulted his business practices and called the government. I am VERY surprised this place is still open. AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!
STALE RICE AND VERY POOR SERVICE. Please avoid this place, to start with the Service sucks, it is very pricy for the quality and quantity offered. They serve stale stuff and also do not apologize for it or even offer a reduction in price. In total please avoid going there.
