The food was really great, Anna did a wonderful job taking our order. I would definitely recommend this place.
I made a reservation at this restaurant for a recent occasion, and the service was intolerable. I waited almost 25 minutes for my drink order, which consisted of pop. I waited an additional 45 minutes for two appetizers, one of which was simple nachos. The server was quite rude, even though I expressed an understanding courtesy. The appetizers were both brought without sauces, while the table was missing cutlery, regardless of a few reminders. Additionally, the pickle spears looked almost cooked on the outside, but oozed uncooked batter upon cutting. Finally, half the dry ribs were still vibrant pink in the middle with a raw texture, which indicated that they had not been fully cooked either. Needless to say; if I’m going for dinner at the Edmonton City Centre, this restaurant will not be considered.
This place shouldn’t be called a restaurant. I was invited to lunch meeting at this restaurant by a colleague. I could barely bring myself to eat anything on the buffet, for fear I’d become ill. The chicken Cordon Bleu was a dark brown burned looking mess, so I selected two bites of the the fish in a Hollandaise sauce – it was barely edible. I will never go to this restaurant again and would not recommend it.
Worst waste of coin in a long time. Ordered steak med rare, came well done. Second steak came med well. Waitress offered to take off steak price. Don’t waste your time on this place. Not worth sitting down in this place.
Mixed feelings. We went to the lunch buffet. The food was good but overpriced in my opinion. We went with a group of co-workers so the gratuity is included. I am disappointed in the service because the servers failed to refill water glasses promptly. Isn’t that what the gratuity is for? I had to ask twice to have water glasses refilled.
Not impressed. The bartender was rude and seemed angry to be there. In addition, he did not give me the correct change. First time and last time they will have my business.
This was once a quality place. However, new management has done an incompetent job. Place is dirty and totally disorganized. Writing this in the hopes that they get a clue. Feel sorry for the staff.
