Upon arrival, I was quickly seated. I assumed being seated promptly we would expect to receive service quickly, but was wrong. We had to wait 20 minutes for drinks, and to give our order. Take into account we came at a slow, 11pm late-dinner on a Monday night. It took awhile to receive our food as well, and the server never refilled out waters. Overall, the food was okay, but service was terrible. I would recommend the South side Denny’s as I had never had issues there and service was always good!
Let me preface this by saying our server was wonderful. Coffee filled, orders hustled up, everything you could expect.Now the bad. I thought a manager cooking over the grill without a hat or hair net was bad but the kitchen was awful. We had to wait way longer than we should have because they couldn’t send an order out right. My mom ordered poached eggs that showed up halfway through the meal. This was after our orders at on the counter for almost 15 min waiting for the eggs.Then the capper. A gentleman who was either pest control or odor control for the washrooms stops and puts his toolbox on the table next to us. I felt sorry for the next people who sat there as no one wiped the table off so whatever came of the bottom that had been on the floor went on the table.Not going back in case it’s me next time…..
Amazing service! Fun & chilling environment to be with around friends! The manger actually came out to talk with us, he quizzed us too & we got milk shakes. The management and team here are amazing, & really enjoyed our food. We will be coming back! 🙂
Went here for brunch with my family and the place is packed and just crowded. We waited for about 10 minutes before we were seated, so not a long wait. Took us a while to decide what to order as there was so many choices, but eventually we did order. The food came out pretty fast, so that was a surprise. Food tasted pretty good and I thought it was reasonable priced compared to other places for breakfast or brunch. Definitely will be back!
KAREN AND JONALD FROM THE NIGHT STAFF ROCK. Let me tell you. I’ve gone during the day. It was okay. I’ll go at three in the morning and these two will make sure I get a perfect meal. Love the service they give. You can just tell how great they are when ppl refuse to be seated for an extra 40 minutes just to sit in their sections.
Terrible food. Service mediocre. I came here for dinner this one time and ordered bacon, eggs and pancakes. Bacon was not even cooked and eggs were burnt. Pancake was just ok. Will not come back.
Awesome service and awesome breakfast food. I’ve never walked in there at night so I can’t speak of that or their dinners. I go in the afternoon and everything is perfect
