Overpriced for the amount you get. I’ve been to Chipotle in the U.S and have sadly come to accept that no fast mexican food in Canada would be as delicious or filling. But still, I have expectations that when pay +$10 for a burrito bowl, that bowl shouldn’t be 2/3 empty!!! My friend and I were stunned. Yes, we said no to beans and corn but that doesn’t mean you get to scimp out on other ingredients!
horrible slow service and the food was cold and stale. never returning to it. very big shame since it was such a lively, busy place with fresh food when it first opened up
Sadly losing touch . When t…. Sadly losing touch .When the cook bury the Mexican music with his own Chinese singing it’s a bit odd and mostly annoying . The food is OK but I have found sand in my last quesadilla .Is it because they dropped the food on the floor and put it back in the pans of garnishing or is it the supplier that have quality issues ( cilantro with sand in it ) .I use to love Mucho Burritos but my last visit ( yesterday ) was unpleasant .
Bland…. I ordered a regular veggie burrito with everything including quacamole and hot salsa. It wasn’t putrid but it was quite bland. The ingredients themselves were not well seasoned so if you didn’t get some sauce and salsa with each bite it was just tortilla & rice or beans. There is no hot sauce you can add as you eat but you can buy a bottle if you needed more seasoning. I may have purchased a bottle if I could have tried it first, seems like a silly marketing scheme to have the bottles available to purchase but not to taste.
Disgusting. The burrito was just a mush of ingredients that did not go well together with taste or texture. It’s not what burritos taste like, but it’s not tasty either.
Server needs to learn how to make burritos. We went to mucho burrito in sherwood park, we were very disappointed, she did NOT know how to make a burrito, the place was not busy at all, but she rushed our order very badly, she didn’t mix anything, so the flavours were very bland. I think if they can’t fold a burrito properly, they shouldn’t be making them they also served us a room temperature soda, GROSS!!!!!
Burrito tastes like plain rice. Burrito tastes like plain rice… because plain rice is the main ingredient. Mexican rice is awesome, but this isn’t it, I don’t think this filler is even salted. And the other ingredients don’t have enough flavor to overcome the blandness of the rice. How can you have Mexican food with no flavor??Then on top of that the staff are all awful, not just some, but all, as if the owner went out of their way to hire unpleasant people.
