I had a huge craving for burgers on a Monday at work, so I headed down towards Jasper Ave looking for a place that sells good burgers. While walking along the way towards one other burger place that I know on Jasper Ave, I smelt burgers! I saw across the street there was a food truck called The Patty Wagon, and proceeded to give it a try after looking at the menu, since the smell was amazing and left me super excited to try it. There were a few people in line waiting for their order, and it took them a few minutes to take my order. To order, you choose a type of meat for your patty (beef, chicken, or lamb) and a choice of a preset list of toppings on it. I chose a chicken Hawaii 5-0 (Bacon, Pineapples, etc), and the order came out fairly fast (about 5 minutes). Trying it excitedly, it tasted…..average. Honestly, for $9 even by a food truck’s standards I found it to be expensive and not worth it. I didn’t find the burgers to be huge like others have said, and I can think of better places nearby that sell cheaper and better tasting burgers. All in all, it smells better than it tastes and costs. Not recommended.
Very Impressed. It’s been a very long time since I could say I had a real hamburger. Hand made and freshly grilled. The meat was seasoned lightly and I could actually taste BEEF! The toppings were real also, real cheese, handmade sauces etc. Really impressed.
Great Burgs. Not your basic cheese burger. Great selection of original Burgs. I reccomend the Bob Marley or the Dirty Sock with Blue Cheese. Good bye.
So full!. These burgers are huge! You will be stuffed and happy after eating here. I have enjoyed both the Loose Goose (just a regular burger) and the Thai-Dye and both are good. The burgers are juice and messy. Enjoy!
Couldn’t be more pleased with choosing The Patty Wagon for our event. I have selected food trucks in the past for our events but, we were reluctant to do so again. The Patty Wagon provided everything we were looking for and everyone was extremely pleased with the food.
Tasty, and Plenty of Bang for your Buck!. I had the Bob Marley beef burger and fries with secret seasoning. The flavors are ridiculously tasty, and the portion of the burger was pretty filling! Great job, Guys!
Ate here at the Dragon Race for the first time and WOW!!! Great Burgers! The bun was fresh and the burger was sssoooo good! Gonna definately track done this food truck for lunch!
