Ate here and had bad service. Had to remind the workers to get my order three times and my drink. They didn’t care to serve after I paid for my meal. LASTLY, I lost my ring at this place and the customers sitting at my table stated they found it and brought it to the front. I’ve asked the workers in the front if they had it and they did not want to deal with me or cared to give it back to me! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY STEALS FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT RETURN THEIR VALUABLE RINGS! This company! Even after the cops were called, your videos mysteriously disappeared and does not work! I wonder why??? Because your thieves and are trying to cover something up! THANKS ALOT As*h*l*s!

Cleanliness. Please keep this place clean, use gloves and do not touch cell phones (texting, answering, etc.) or other devices unrelated to preparing orders, or if you need to do that, wash your hands and change gloves before touching the food again. Customers watch every movement and hygiene is a MUST in a food preparation location. Last time I was there, I almost cancelled my order because the server kept going back to texting. Cell phones are known to be major sources of microbes and unwanted bacteria.I would like to return to this place when there is more care for cleanliness!
An average donair place. I’ve been to Queen Donair twice during their lunch rush on weekdays in order to try their burgers and donairs, and think that overall, it was just an average donair place. It’s in a prime location just metres away from Corona LRT Station and there isn’t anything else nearby (that i know of) that sells similar items. The service from the girl cashier was very good! She was friendly and knew what she was doing, however the people behind her cooking the food have looked so upset/grumpy every time I’ve been there. It’s a bit concerning, but I guess if they cook your food and it tastes good that’s what matters right? Service is quite inconsistent, once it took a few minutes, the other it took 20 minutes! So it’s hard to gauge, and they tend to make orders in a non-numerical random order which is weird. The first time i had their double Queen burger, which was juicy and fresh. The second time I just had a regular donair, and shared fries with a friend. The donair was all right, it broke apart while i was eating it and the meat seemed a bit burnt. Their fries are crunchy and good, but as my friend noted they seemed more like frozen fries than anything else. Overall, it’s good for the location (especially with no other alternatives), but there are definitely MUCH better donair places in Edmonton (AKA Swiss Donair and Primetime)

Rude service. Very unprofessional…But what do you expect, it’s a donair place.
Sugar. I’ve eaten here twice, both with a few drinks and now without. They put sugar in the donairs! They are sweet. Too sweet. These should have no sugar, but they are selling these to the 21 and under crowd during the bar closing. I came from Winnipeg, sugar is not in these, these taste like a candy treat, garbage. If you add sugar to hide the taste its crap in the first place. Bar food at 3am, that’s it.
