Our meals were exceptional. The service was great. The only complaint is that the mints were horrible . I like a good mint but these were should have been used as urinal fresheners. We will be returning to Ruth’s when we are in the city next time.
Me and my husband received a gift card and decided to try this place out instead of our usual keg date night. I made my reservation by phone and the gentleman was extremely polite and easy to deal with. We arrived at 6 pm and we’re greeted by a friendly hostess. Our waiter was an older gentleman and an absolute joy to deal with. He was helpful and polite. My husband ordered the filet and I, the ribeye. My husbands steak was perfection, succulent and cooked exact. My steak was over cooked and burned a little on the outside making my $70 steak rough and hard to chew.When we went to pay our bill came to 229. We handed them our 250 gift card and they told us it’s a 30% fee to use it and then proceeded to say we can’t even pay some with the gift card and the rest in cash. We won’t be returning and will be sticking with the keg
Best steak sandwich I had in my life. Meat was cooked to my liking. It was a good size. Bread was garlicky, onion ring was crispy with nice spices, pepper sauce was delicious and intense on the taste of pepper. Fries were quite good, they came with black pepper on them. Service was impeccable and decor sumptuous.
Great quality steaks and I love the atmosphere here. I also like the garlic bread and cheesy garlic bread. Absolutely delicious. No wonder I keep returning.
Returned after 3 years. Wasn’t great 3 years ago and didn’t return, thought we would try it again and has it ever improved. Our steaks we amazing, perfectly done, service was great. I would guess they changed some things. We will be back. Thanks Brandon.
