It’s exactly what you would expect from a dive bar!! I love this place. Good food, good portions, cold beer and even when busy decent service. This isn’t the taj mahal so don’t expect white glove service. All around I’ve always been happy and when I’m downtown a place I enjoy a pint here or some late aft lunch.
Always excellent pizza with cold beer on Monday nights. I felt the beef & onion thick crust pizza had an appropriate amount of topping. Previous visits have also always been satisfying.
$10 for a pint and a pizza . Seriously how can anyone not be happy. This is the best priced establishment in Calgary. If you like pizza (the Monday special) and a pint, you will be glad you came. The quality varies but for the price I’ve never left unhappy.
