Man it costs a lot to eat healthy. I wasn’t actually seeking to eat clean, just was hungry and the fresh look attracted me. I had the smoked burrito that was loaded with black beans, rice, onions, and added some steak. The onions were not cooked at all and the toppings were in one side while the other was just solid rice and bean. Felt like I was eating two different burritos and not in a good way. I had a green juice which was okay. Nothing remarkable for a visit or experience.
Boyfriend was hungover so came here hoping something could help him. The space is very bright and clean. The prices aren’t bad considering the burritos are huge. Their smoothies are good too. Full of good healthy ingredients that taste nice together. Would come back again and if the smoothies were bigger, would choose this spot over booster/jugo juice.
Who knew Freshii served low fat frozen yogurt? $5 gets you one bowl with 2 toppings (assorted fruit options like mango, strawberries, etc or nuts, honey). It’s nice to know there’s healthy dessert options in the downtown core that you can get while at the office.
I really was not a fan. The chicken was that protein pumped up chicken that just tastes awful. I had the southwest soup. Bland broth. It’s expensive too. I know it’s a downtown lunch spot but for the quality I don’t think it’s worth it. The place is nice, clean and at first glance the food looks great and fresh but it just misses the mark for me.
