Not good coffee, and like the other reviewer said, it takes forever for them to serve you, regardless of the time of the day. And it’s never even busy! Artigiano is not that far from here so that’s where my money is going from now on.
Slow and Dull. I usually come into work around 9.00 am and if I am there around 8.45 or 8.50 I think I have time to grab a quick coffee. Unfortunately, at Good Earth there is no such thing.If there is no line up I’ll go and order something only to instantly regret it. The amount of times you go to that counter and there is not a single person there (not just at 9 am but throughout the day) to serve you is ridiculous. So you wait an age to even have someone take your order before the arduous process of actually making you a coffee.Wouldn’t you think the first priority, at the very least, is to have someone at the front ALL the time to take an order? More than once I have stood there with complete strangers and we literally have given up and made the walk to Starbucks.I don’t mind waiting for good coffee. If it was Artisiano, P&S or DeVille I will more than happily wait, but this coffee is not even as good as Starbucks.To sum up, poor product, poor management, unbearably slow and some of the most sullen and unfriendly (apart from a guy and an Aussie girl) staff you can imagine.Dear Good Earth, if you are as uninterested in serving the people of this building as your staff make it seem please do us all a favour and just move on.
