I was introduced to Gordy’s Sausages shortly after I moved to Calgary almost 7 years ago and I haven’t had a better sausage in the city (sorry Spolombo’s). Gordy’s an institution all by himself down there on Stephen avenue. His ginger/apple, spicy Italian, and Bratwurst are to die for. Keep up the great work Gordy.
There’s a reason that Gordon’s is a fixture on Stephen Ave – good sausages! My favorite is the spicy one. The homemade mustard is a good accent and the bun is far better than the typical spongy mass market ones that are typically served with other vendor’s sausages. I also appreciate how the food is alway hot, and nicely grilled.
Honestly, I wanna say it. What a suprize sausage! It’s so delicious one what I’ve eaten on my trip. I hope it’s gonna be running franchise cuz I wanna have it wherever I am. Unfortunately, he is only one in the world. Also I have to visit there when I wanna have it. He was so funny and kindly though at that time. I’m already big fan of his sausage for sure.
