We came here for the Omakase experience along with sake pairing. Chef Tomo and Sous Chef May were super friendly. We were served various kinds of fresh, seasonal seafood, specially selected for us, with unique toppings such as yuzu zest and roasted tomatoes. One-of-a-kind experience in Calgary. Must try!
