Interesting new room at the Palliser hotel. Ill give it some time to get the food on point. Some dishes were amazing. Some missed the mark. The pate was on point. Fantastic. Carrots amazing. Asparagus? Was it supposed to be hot or cold. Decide. Service was ok. Dont bring each drink singularly to the table. Make one trip with a round. Not a few. Desserts were ok. Not great. Strawberry and peach tart. Should have been served warmer. The cinnamon toast Mille crepe. I was hoping for more flavour. The Lemon panna cotta was supremeIll be back. But Ill give it a month or so to get some kinks worked out
