Amazing coffee very flavorful don’t know what they are using but the aroma and taste were delicious 🙂 good ambiance and great shisha
Used to be good.. what happened?. I used to be a regular at this hookah lounge. The last 2 times that i was there were my last and I will not be going back. The customer service is the absolute worst. We ordered food and never received it the entire night, when we went to pay they charged for it and said that they have to charge because the food was already made but never served to us… we were there for 1.5hrs, and asked about its twice.

Disappointed.. We used to come to Medina every once in a while because it was never jam packed, but the service was never great. In the past few months the service had gotten a lot better so we started coming maybe once or twice a week and had been enjoying it. However, we came down on Saturday night and had the worst service I’ve ever received. The price of their shisha goes up after 1 am and we got there at about 12:50. No one came to take our order for 15 minutes, yet at the end they still tried to charge us the extra $6 and argued profusely. Then, after ordering drinks, we waiting 20 minutes to flag someone down to find out they had forgotten our drink order completely. Then, we asked to move to the booth next to us so we could all sit on the bench, but were told it was only for 5 or 6 people. 5 minutes later one of the servers seated a table of 3 of his friends. We were insulted and appalled by the service that night. Medina has lost several regular customers who often bring their friends.
A lot better. My last review was in 2012 and I can say that their service has improved immensely. A lot more professional and helpful but they don’t seem to understand what you want until you repeat it 3-4 times but that’s whatever. Shisha is a hit and miss still, but I like how big the lounge is.14 Oct, 2012Bad service, good shisha.
Terrible service! Terrible sheesha, all of their food is over priced for the portions received, I was just there last night, the owners don’t care about the place, I seen 2 employees from another sheesha come in for sheesha and they treated them with such disrespect. Told them there was so seats available, I stood up and pointed out a table that was open, the service is downright horrible. I will never be returning there again!
