  NOTa good experience.Restaurant and Service:We came here during our lunch hour with a reservation at 11:30 a.m.hoping to beat the rush. We were seated right away and were probably one of the first ones in the restaurant. We ordered our drinks in a timely manner but when the drinks arrived, they forgot the water that two of us had ordered.A half hour went by and our server never came back to take our order for food. Not to mention we were seated in the middle of the restaurant andare not so easily missed. At this point, the restaurant was starting to fill up. She attended to other tablesa lot more than us. We had to flagher down to actuallyhaveour order put in. While waiting for our food,we noticed that everyone else that came later than we did, already had their food and were nearly finished their meal. When our food arrived (which took another half hour to actually come) the majority of us had to pack our meals to go since we had to get back to work.Food:I had the Classic burger with a side of garlic fries and it wasn’t good at all. The bun was stale andthe patty was cold in the middle (not completely cooked through). The garlic fries were limp and soaked in oil, theywere practically inedible.On anothernote, their menus should really state which entrees come with a side and what the side options are. I didn’t know my burger came with a side as it wasn’t statedanywhereon the menu. She had to go through all the side options with everyone which was time consuming and alsonot efficient. We had a party of 8 and there was an auto gratuity added to our bills which was also not mentioned anywhere on their menu.The service and the quality of the food were extremely poor. We definitely won’t be comingback.

  I go here on occasion with work colleagues. Its great for a beer and it is usually good for lunch. The food is generally good but during World Cup and Stampede it was less than stellar. We had made a reservation but still had to wait 1.5 hrs for our food. Two of my colleagues had to leave for meetings and their food had no yet arrived. So they had to get them to go and eat them cold. No recourse was offered which was very disappointing. I ordered the meatloaf that had been featured on You Gotta Eat Here and it wasnt great. It was quite bland and the gravy had way too many whole peppercorns that made it mildly unpleasant. A little bit of seasoning and less peppercorns would have made it a great dish.   Went here for lunch, sat down to order beer, then ordered food shortly after.Waited almost an hour.Waitress came out and said it would be another >40 min for them to start our orders. She clearly forgot to tell us this.We stated that doesn’t fit our scheduled. She said she would help us out and not charge us for the food that was never even ordered …. thanks a lot.Paid for our beer and left. Won’t be back.Well … probably will
