I come here every Wednesday and find that the food is consistently really good! I absolutely love their Americano Mistos, lattes, and drip coffee. All of their teas are also really great, especially the earl grey. My usual go-to snack is the morning glory muffin, but I’ve also tried their delicious banana bread and scones. Really friendly service – one of my favourite coffee shops!

Great service and approachable baristas! One of the few places in the city that can pull off a Flat White properly too. They’re also sourcing and roasting their own green beans in-house, leaving their mark on Calgary’s coffee culture! jonlin.ca
Rude Staff. Had to wait quite some time in line. Eventually, when it was my turn, the salesperson told me in a rather rude way to wait since he is going to the kitchen. After 4 or so minutes he came back, I gave the order – only a mocha since ordering food will take ages – and while I was still in the process of making a payment he started speaking with the customer behind me taking that persons order. I really felt in the way and will not want to go back. Rude service can’t make up for a rather good mocha.
Bit of a weak Americano in comparison to other higher end coffee shops. Just doesn’t have the same flavour as places like Analog, or Phil & Sebastians. It’s almost like I have to TRY and taste the espresso. Perhaps it’s too watered down. I read here that the mochas are good. I’ll try one if I go again! But if you want an Americano you are better off at a different Caffe!
Great coffee spot. Great spot to grab a coffee in the morning. There’s several reasonably good cafes in downtown Calgary, but Rosso is one of my favourites. I read a review from someone that claimed they had to wait 10 minutes for their coffee, but I have yet to wait that long, and considering the espresso is hand tamped, and the milk is properly steamed to order, I wouldn’t mind waiting a couple of extra minutes to get a decent beverage! The latte and mocha are consistently excellent, far better than those you may get at a certain larger chain.Would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a good quality coffee.
Best mochas in town, great service. I stop here pretty much every day during the week on my way into work. I’ve had good service from the staff and the management is great. Even during the morning rush, I’ve yet to wait for more than a couple minutes for my coffee.
