I ate here first as part of an office party. The food was prompt and tasty. I enjoyed the steak salad and others enjoyed appetizers such as the salt and pepper wings, the nachos and the deep fried pickles (these were a big hit). I have since returned several times and have found consistent service and good food. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming with the manager often checking in as to how things are. Definitely a go to place for good food and friendly service.
I have a friend who is a celiac, when he was in town staying nearby he wanted to meet for dinner, we went here, as they had gluten free buns for the burgers. When he asked for fries, they said that they would oven fry some yam fried for him. They went out of their way for him, very much appreciated. I like the beef dip there with a caesar salad. always a good bargaingreat staff, lots of tv’s if you are a sports fan.
Solid atmosphere. Can get quite busy, as is expected from a local pub. Usually they have specials that are worth checking out. Service can be a little slow and lacking at time but nothing out of the ordinary.
