Edit !!!Saturday night I visited this place again. Waitress approached and ask id card to prove age. I was shocked that why you are not asking weekdays but asking only weekends. Whattttt ???!!!!I think this redicilous to ask only weekends,if you have laws and want to comply it,you are obliged to comply all days not only weekends.Advise to you review again your regulations!!!!We went The Unicorn Pub with my boyfriend. Ordered tacos for me and burger for my boyfriend. We selected to drink sangria with red wine and beer. Tacos and burger were delicious, sangria was good. Staff was very friendly. I liked and recommended here 🙂

For a pub, the food and service here was good. Natalie was a friendly and relaxed waitress. We ordered a lot: calamari, wings, the steak sandwich, a pitcher of sangria and the legendary unicorn. The calamari platter was a really good size and could’ve fed 2-3 people. The wings were impressive! We ordered one of the spiciest flavors that is not on the menu- level 1. There is also level 2 and 3 but apparently they are the same heat as level 1. Level 4 spice is insane, like instant heartburn insane. And trust me I eat SPICE like it’s no one’s business, however level 1 plus level 4 sauce on the side was torturous. Best stick with the ‘normal’ flavors. The steak sandwich with cooked as ordered and was tender, however I wasn’t the biggest fan of the toast they used. The huge pitcher of sangria…it wasn’t strong as I was expecting. The legendary unicorn was so good, I wish we ordered more of those instead of the picture of sangria. I would highly recommend the legendary unicorn drink.

They advertised champions League soccer final and they threatened to kick us out when they refused to put the pre game on. Then the game started and they would not out on the sound…. Very disrespectful manager. Great waitress though…hope she finds a good place to work.

The Unicorn loses some of its charm having moved from the subterranean joint across the street to this location, but for the most part it’s a good thing. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick drink and a bite of food. Our servers managed our table of 9 well. The honey garlic and the medium wings were both great. The chicken strips were large and flavourful and the mushroom soup had by a couple of us was judged pretty good. The pub has an outdoor patio, but the inside tables close to the front provide almost the same atmosphere. All in all, the Unicorn is still worth a weekend try or a lunchtime get together with a colleague or friend.I don’t know what the deal is with nachos that can’t be ordered before 2:00. 1:00 – nope and apparently not 1:45 either!

If they would actually serve the customers, I’d be more than willing to give them a higher rating. I was sitting upstairs by the window and two servers made eye contact but nobody came up to take my order for about 15 minutes. This was on a Friday, just around 4:30. It wasn’t even busy and I should have known there’s a reason this place is dead. After that, we decided to go to one of the many options around which have a better customer service.

We went to The Unicorn for wings, and we were not disappointed! We sat in the upstairs sports lounge which was quite pleasant. The service was quick, the server was friendly and the wings were huge! Great selection of sauces, and a great value for the money. we will definitely be back!

Absolutely worst service ! Took 10 minutes to get a drink order and then they got my drink wrong ! Then I ordered the jerk chicken bowl and it showed up cold ! And nobody apologized at all even when I said I was gonna just leave , I wish I could give this place a zero !
