We went here for a business lunch and I ordered a beef burger , not sure which one it was. The burger was one of the best burgers that I have ever had. I will definitely go back here. Unfortunately they dont have a nice patio so I am reluctant to go there in nice summer days.
The burger is actually amazing. It’s a bit overpriced and over rated. But it actually is amazing. The little sausage appie thing in the iron pan is good too. Again, overpriced overrated. But good.
I found the former restaurant at this location, The Redwater Bar and Grille to be annoying – overcrowded, pretentious and expensive, so I was excited to see a new restaurant in its place. It was only later that I learned it is owned by the same group, so some of the same concerns but definitely an improvement. As with their other restaurants they take great pride in charging premium prices for their drinks. They had a good selection of beers at $6.50 to 7.50 or more. I enjoyed my selection. They also had non-beer (Bud, Bud Lite) and Corona for $5.50/6.00. I passed on the $9.00 onion soup and selected the chicken carbonara. Outstanding! Mouth-watering! Best in class! The chicken with mac and cheese was made for my companion diner and enjoyed as well. Best of all you could get a seat for lunch but that probably has more to do with oilfield malaise than the competence of the restaurant. Worth a look.
