  I started working downtown this week and am exploring lunch options. Today it was Wise & Wright. Wow! I had an El Jefe salad which contained all my favorite salad ingredients. It was what I would have made myself except for the vinaigrette which was an explosion of flavor over all the other ingredients that I might not have come up with. Service was prompt although it was the middle of lunch hour and I was able to find a spot to eat my salad and read. There’s some lively music but I didn’t have any trouble concentrating on my book. The distraction was the salad but that’s really what I was there for. I will be back and soon to try all their offerings. lacafeinablog.com

  I just visited Wise and Wright for the first time to pick up a salad for lunch. There was a long wait time (probably a good idea to use their mobile app to pre-order) but boy, was it ever worth it! I got the Heartbeet salad and LOVED it. It was really well balanced, the beets were flavourful and I really appreciated that the vinaigrette came on the side so I could manage the dressing myself.I will 100% go back to try more of their offerings!

  I’ve been there several times and the service is always great, the staff are always willing to answer my questions. I love the wise smoothie, it tastes awesome.

  I’ve eaten here three times and the vibe and mood is great, I love the music they play and the decor is awesome. I wouldn’t recommend the build up sweet potato toast for people who don’t like spiciness. Overall if you need a feel good autumn meal, I’d say that’s the one I’d get. My Americano’s I get from this place is always smooth, (I do prefer Rosso more for coffee) but seriously coffee here is pretty decent. The most recent time I’ve visited this place I got something from their brunch menu. I got the Rancheros bowl and it is awesome, I’ve never eaten rice before in the morning and I’m glad this made that first experience really awesome. It was full of different flavours and I really enjoyed it. The other time I did get eggs benny, it has some mild favours/seasoning so be warned if you want something that is a stronger taste. I find that this place wants to let the natural flavours of vegetables to come out so they don’t have a strong dressing or seasoning. I’m pretty sure that’s what is intended. The portions may seem small for some of them but seriously for me I’ve always left full and satisfied. 🙂 I love this place for the vibe and really interesting food, I hope anyone reading this will love it just as much.   The cafe lattes are the best I’ve had, so incredibly smooth. A must, must, must try if you love good espresso. I also liked the cashew cup (I would describe this as a fancy version of a reese cup but much larger), the matcha energy bite (only $1.50!?) and the carrot cardamon muffin.

  Healthy, great tasting food. I am in love with their vegan power cookie! I’ve also tried a few of their bowls and the Thyme Scented Turkey Meatball Bowl gets my vote! Yes, they are a tad pricey (nothing too extravagant) but small details such as using compostable takeout containers and utensils justifies the cost to me. I’ve been there three times and service is always good – the servers are more than happy to provide assistance! followmyfoodtrail.wordpress.com

  The intention of creating delicious healthy eats is admirable and greatly appreciated, but the dishes (super bowls) tasted rather bland. Will not go back again fortwoplz.com
