Walk around the mall, my boyfriend and I were very thirsty. We were stopped by Yogen Fruz to have bubble tea. Frozen yogurt chain is a small cafe place located in the food court in the mall, which offers treats in a variety of customizable flavors, both sweet & tart. It was our first time having a drink at Yogen Fruz. We ordered strawberry slush bubble tea. People will make it in front of all the customers. Our drink was used real fruit, which was not very sweet. The taste was very delicious. The price of drink was expensive $7 for the small drink. food.belindajin.com

Worst experiance ever. I went in to get a large frozen yogurt and the lady argued with me on the way it was to be prepared vs the way I requested for it to be done. When I emailed to the company about the issues I incountered at this location, they never got back to me. This is a company that clearly doesn’t care about their customers.

This place has branched out and also sells Vietnamese subs. Don’t get their subs. I ordered a vegetarian sub (which costs close to one with meat) and it came with almost no toppings. it was pretty disappointing and not worth the money. As for the yogurt, I don’t think this is unique to this particular Yogen Fruz, but they purposely swirl the frozen yogurt on the outside of the cup and then add the top so that once you start eating, you realize your yogurt cup is empty in the middle and they are just giving you the illusion that you get the full cup of frozen yogurt. Like I said, every Yogen Fruz does this and I feel like it’s a big rip off.
