Vietnamese sub was gross. Could only eat a couple of bites, it was covered in slimy lettuce. The pho was super bland. All over disappointment.
The place was okay but very disappointed with our meal. The vegetables were obviously frozen and my curry sauce tasted and looked like it came straight out an instant curry package.Very low prices but you get what you pay for I guess…
Good stuff. As a vegetarian this place has always been great. Everything I try is always great. Just tried the soup the other day and it was the best thing I’ve ate all month.
Terrible!!!! Worst take out I’ve ever had. The ginger beef is literally just cold cut beef. The stirfried vegetables are just some form if Swansons frozen microwaveable vegetables. Both the beef and the veggies were in the same oily, tastless sauce. Plus, the portion sizes are pathetic. Especially considering two dishes cost almost 30$. Do. Not. Order from this restaurant.
After several years of being a regular here, I’ve become disenchanted. For one thing, I’ve been visiting the far superior Song Han on Kensington Road. Secondly, on my last visit here, I found a large piece of string in one of my spring rolls. When I pointed it out to the waitress she explained that was used to wrap vegetables. She didn’t apologize, she brought me another roll to replace the tainted one. Any reputable restaurant would have at least comped the order of spring rolls, possible the entire meal. However, this was not offered, even to me, a recognized regular customer. I shan’t miss their shabby decor or the regular sewer gas smell. Buh bye Touch Of Ginger….
THIS IS NO LONGER THE SAME RESTAURANT – It’s not just the name that has changed, but also the quality and flavour of the food. So sad to see this place go as it has been great for years – tonight – WE WERE 100% disappointed with all four dishes we ordered.
Always good service and the prices are very fair.I personally found the pho to just be okay, but the vermicelli dishes are better than average.I will continue to come for good service, value, and a decent meal.
