Awesome place to go in Kensington if you want good mexican food. Food is super tasty and very filling. Its a cozy little place and the owner clearly cares a lot about the food and he told us where some of his recipes came from back home and how he makes it different. Awesome service there. I would definitely recommend and I will totally go back!
If are looking for authentic Mexican, go here! It is a small place but really great. We both had the burritos which were a good size and both were delicious. We also had refried beans which were tasty. The man serving was very friendly. We can’t wait to return. We want to work our way through the menu. girlwithbambieyes.co.uk
Love this little restaurant. It’s kind of stuff inside to site but the food is excellent for the price, namely the $7.15 burrito. I’ve yet to try their other menu items, but I would think they are great as well The owner is very friendly and runs the shop by himself.
This Mexican restaurant is the best one I’ve been to in a long, long time. The food is fresh, tasty, clean, innovative and gorgeous to look at. Jesus, the owner/manager, is charming, friendly, helpful, and prompt. The place is usually busy, which is always a good sign. I love his food and the ambiance of La Bodega. I think I’ve been there 6 times in the last month. Oh, and it’s reasonably priced, too. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because it’s not licensed, but he explained the bureaucratic nightmare, time and expense he’d have to go through to get one, so it’s understandable. There is a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks.
Bodega has delicious food, great breakfast, great lunch and great dinner. A little neighbourhood gem amongst a sea of overpriced mediocre food in Kensington.
Amazing customer service and delicious food. I had the jerk chicken tacos, and they were overfilled with toppings (in a great way). Definitely going back and have recommended to friends as well.
Chicken Burrito is delicious! Great size for a great value. I definitely recommend coming here for an authentic experience. The service was quick and very friendly!
