I haven’t been in for breakfast, but lunch is pretty reliable and they have a good variety. I like the selection on the salad bar, and the prices seem to be on par with other similar options downtown (e.g. Sunterra). The hot specials are generally quite tasty as well. I am in love with the raspberry no-bake cheesecake from their grab & go section. Will continue to visit for lunch!

This places does some pretty good food! The breakfast burrito with egg and chorizo is absolutely amazing. The egg is so delicious. It’s kind of like a giant, more delicious version of the one that Tim’s was doing for a while.I had a muffin from there this afternoon, but it was pretty unusual; it had bacon and even a quail’s egg hidden inside it. Probably the poshest muffin I’ve ever had and it was very tasty indeed. So far I’ve been really impressed by the food here. The coffee is good too. Self service and lots of options! eliteyyc.com

I had the eggnog latte and the pineapple muffin. The latte was really good and the muffin was super moist and just perfect. I was a bit surprised that breakfast ended so early. I had hoped to try the nutella and banana crepe. I will definitely be back though. The server was not all that friendly, she gave me an odd look when i asked about the crepes.

I went to this place for the first time for Breakfast and lets just say and this will be my last breakfast. the eggs weren’t cooked properly, the toast was dry and the hash brown was cold. I do like this place for lunch but will never eat breakfast here again.

I forgot my lunch today so decided to go here this morning and pick some stuff up. Bonus points that they have some healthy food. The prices are basically what you’d expect from most similar operations. There are some decent looking products here.Unfortunately when I asked what the ingredients of one of their products (sold in a container) were the staff member couldn’t give me an exact answer, which is troubling–especially if someone has allergies, etc. This person did the best they could but labels would avert this future problem and from having to answer questions like mine. Worth coming back? Only if you have no other options, really.

I really liked the decor of this place when we first came in. They have multiple stations of pastry/coffee, wraps and paninis, hot food, salad bar and also packaged take away food in the refrigerators at the front. I love their salad bar. It was full of fresh ingredients and there were a lot of choices for toppings. From ham to chicken, beets, edamame, chick peas, all ready made wild rice chick pea salads, sweet potato salad and there was also a string bean salad. We also tried the no bake raspberry cheesecake…. O M G… were the words that came out of both our mouths. So good. Light, soft and creamy. Too good. They had an abundance of baked goodies as well that I can’t wait to try. I also want to try out the hot food next time as well. journeyofwellnessblog.com

When my colleague recommended this place for breakfast I was really excited to try it so I went right away. The breakfast buffet seems simple but the quality of the food is really good. I really like breakfast buffets that charge you by weight because you can get as much or as little as you like. However, this place does it differently. The breakfast and lunch buffets are served by the employees which makes it more difficult to control the exact amount I want. I got some eggs, sausage and hash brown. The eggs were really buttery and creamy, the breakfast sausage was juicy but really rich and the hash browns were good. The breakfast was surprisingly good so I couldn’t wait to try lunch here. The same day I also tried the Tiramisu – it was light and delicious but I wanted more of the lady fingers as there was a lot of marscapone/cream. The coconut pineapple muffin was also scrumptious. The following day I came back for lunch but I was really disappointed. The turkey didn’t have much flavor even with the gravy, the pollack was dry and lacking flavor, pizza wasn’t that great and the ravioli was ravioli. I expected delicious food but that wasn’t the case.I will go back for the breakfast and to try the variety of baked goods and I plan to try the lunch buffet again…but probably not for a while.—- August 25th updateI went back for the breakfast but the hash browns were not good anymore. It was stale and it seems like it was left there a long time. The eggs were still good. The coconut pineapple muffin is still delicious as well.
