Started off great, now its just terrible – will never return. I used to come to this place daily at the end of 2013, the staff were great, friendly and welcoming, drinks were made properly and then all of a sudden, the turn of 2014 everything changed, new staff who had no conversation skills, or to that end customer service skills. I thought better of it but as of late staff there are just plain rude, and act like robots yet still expect a tip…today was the last straw, the ‘gentleman’ who was serving me didn’t even acknowledge my presence and just kinda mumbles at you. I like good earth in general but this location is abysmal. NEVER to return, even if this place did the last cup of coffee on this ‘good earth’.
