My favourite tea shop in Calgary. They carry the best mint tea I’ve found in the city. The owner Jonathan is a lovely man who takes time finding you the right blend for your teapot. I highly recommend a visit, it’s nestled right under Higher Ground and is a nice place to sit and quietly read a book and enjoy a fresh brewed pot.
very sub par tea house. i was surprised because it seemed like a nice place from the outside being in kensington.. but when you walk in the place had a bad odor.. the washrooms were dirty and the teas were too pricey..
I would NOT recommend this DIVE.. The staff doesn’t practice proper hygiene. There is in particular one man that works their that caught my attention today, Jonathan Kane.. he comes out of the bathroom and adjusts his private parts and then starts handing customers teas and products without washing his hands.. Even after I gave him a look for doing such thing in front of the patrons he starting laughing. I personally think this is horrible and gross. It’s something , in my opinion , to call the health department over for not practicing proper hygiene.in any event the place is WAY OVER PRICED !!!

GREAT store with local spirit. I was really surprised by what I found in this neighborhood teashop. It was a retail only place, but with an amazing selection of organic teas. What makes it cool is that the tea tin labels are designed by local artists and there wasa great selection of locally made teapots and cups. This place was a total winner for any tea lover. I highly recommend it!
