Still open. How?. Have you ever ordered $20 nachos and wondered where the cheese was?We did. At Lord Nelson’s.There was not enough of their stale chips to feed one person, let alone 3 people.And sometimes you go to a bar and you know the staff are a little intoxicated, but it is forgivable, because they are charming, or dare I say, even friendly?The staff at Lord Nelson’s are a darker drunk, annoyed that you are in their space, invading their living room, requiring them to work.Awesome venue!Consistently a wonder what drug money is keeping this place afloat.Hope it shuts down soon.
Worst Service I have ever had at a bar in Calgary since they changed bar tenders.. The guy didn’t even get the right flavour of wings, and he didn’t care about being wrong about it. Also, he took my beer away from my table when it still had more than half of it In it. Ever since they changed their staff I’ve hated it there. Terrible bar tenders.. Just awful. And the wings were bad and over cooked.
