Convenient, Great place to go for a Vietnamese Sub. They don’t skimp on the the toppings. Friendly ladies that work there as well. I come here ever week or so.
I used to go there all the time when I work near that end of the downtown core. I often order the sate beef sub. I’m not vegetarian but really enjoy their vegetarian sub with tasty marinated tofu! The wait could be long but they take phone orders and you can just go pick it up. Their bubble tea is just okay. vivacova.com
