Sushi hiro used to be my favorite Japanese restaurant in Calgary, but after this visit, I dont think I would come back or recommend to anyone.We came here for dinner around 7, and it was not busy. We ordered deluxe sashimi, tempura soba and deluxe sushi. I did not enjoy every single bite that I had here tonight. Fishes were not fresh and tasteless, rice was hard and taste like overnight rice. The soba noodle was just ok, nothing impressive.But our server, I believe he is a Japanese and maybe new? The owner (wife), her eyes never away from our server when he was taking our order, bringing us food or checking on us. She also staring at us while we were eating which made us very uncomfortable (I think she was just trying to make sure all the food comes in order as she wanted). Customer Service: 4.5/5 (Our server was very friendly and attentive, but the owner was scary)Food: 0.5/5 (0.5 is for the soba noodle that filled me up)
