Had takeout from Spicy Amigos a few times. Great selections! The avocados (toppings) are always fresh. The burrito is a good deal. Excellent spicy, non-spicy, meat and vegetarian options.
Just not a place you would want to return to. The food is acceptable. The service, however, is downright scary in this economy. The guy serving us could care less if you were there or not. It appeared that we were bothering him to ask him to prepare a meal. The only thing that caught his attention was a bunch of girls walking by. Pass on this place. Many other Mexican restaurants with much better food and substantially better service.
The food was very good. The service by someone who I assume is one of the owners was obnoxious. Super familiar and condescending with some passive aggressive thrown in for good measure. The menus are unreadable, both the menu boards and the printed menus. Bring your binoculars or read the menu online and choose before going. A sprinkling of cheese adds $ 2 to your meal which is a super creepy trick.
Great Mexican food! Excellent, friendly service and a nice casual atmosphere. Good quality food — always a bit nervous ordering beef, but theirs was excellent!
Me and my girlfriend were talking about how long it has been since we have had good mexican food and then we found this place! It was delicious! Great service and nice decor as well. Will definitely be back in the near future!
I signed up on this website just to give this joint a bad review. This is really, really bad service. The lady behind the counter needs a course in customer service, I can’t believe how disingenuous she is. Maybe she doesn’t care, perhaps just an employee? It’s too bad, because our entire office does not eat here any more because of our weekly experience with the counter staff. Hoping the Street Eatery place across the street will reopen as another restaurant, as we need another choice for our team.
Life is short, there is only about three to four meals per day, and only 365 days in most years. Avoid soggy tacos in your life. I gave up one of my life’s meals for this place based on its rating, and I regretted it. I put one of these tacos into my body, and I lost all faith. I threw out the other two tacos so that I could immediately claim back my intake experience, which is life itself. I immediately went to Alforno to have a pizza from there, I claimed back my life.
