Excellent choice to fill a hungry belly. I work very very close to this place, almost too close it can easily become my daily lunch choice. There is a cafeteria inside my building, however I choose walking a block in the cold weather to this cafe instead. The chicken shawarma, donair and shawarma bites are my favs. The fattouch and tabbouli are amazing! And the portion sizes! So generous!!! The service is very efficient, respectful and inviting. The owners make you feel at home. Mostly I’m lucky with finding a seat during the noon rush, I wish they could expand, but downtown that’s a tough bargain. I will keep coming here, and continue bringing my friends for lunch 🙂
Superb. First time I walked in there I was greeted with the utmost respect. Great food the chicken is awesome they make it fresh everyday I was told by moe.moe is the guy that’s always there he’s very nice and gives me free baklava every now ando then. I highly recommend this restaurant, for everyone who enjoys Lebanese food, these guys meet the expectations.
Found my spot!. This place is probably the best I had in the city. My favourite is the beef Donair, but all other dishes are delicious and authentic. I’ve been there for both lunch and dinner. Lunch time is busy, but they have fast service and they keep up with quality. These people are like an assembly line, very coordinated and seem to work well together. Oh gosh, I can’t forget about those shawarma bites… Just yummy. Definitely something I’d recommend! Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Owner is always smiling, and if you ask him to make it the way he likes it, it’s mouth watering
Not Good. I work 1 block away from this location and have been going here for lunch on and off for the last couple of years. My go-to was the Fattoush Salad which used to be good. Recently they have increased their prices and skimped on the portions. The chicken is dry and the dressing is oily and more often than not, flavorless. I find this unacceptable for a $9 salad. Very disappointing considering how good it used to be. I will not be going back any time soon.
Terrible. Chicken was dry and flavorless, pita was dry, garlic sauce was flavorless, veggies didn’t look very fresh… I don’t understand how or why this place has a line out the door at lunch. It was terrible. The worst I’ve ever had… Staff was very friendly though!
